Pony has always been the ultimate provider of facial expressions for your avatar or meme usage around the internet, and season 7 was no slouch on that department. The teams over at DHX and Topdraw took our adorable ponies and put them through a massive cartoon filter this time around, and it shows.

The Treehouse TV schedule has confirmed that the era of double episodes returns once again starting next weekend with Uncommon Bond and Secrets and Pies both airing on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Chances are, the season finale will follow them, but we don't have 100% confirmation on that yet. Considering the leaks though, I guess it's kinda irrelevant anyway for people that aren't interested in waiting for the Discovery Family releases.

Not to be outdone by the movie leak, the rest of season 7 has went ahead and possibly joined it in early release. This includes Uncommon Bond, Secrets and Pies, and both parts of Shadow Play. At this point I almost wonder if they intentionally do this for some kind of weird marketing experiment, or if they just don't care as long as it's seen. Either way, all four episodes are out there in the wild.
Update: Confirmed for leaking it all. More info tomorrow.

Treehouse over in Canada has "Once Upon a Zepplin" listed for 10:55 AM EST, 35 minutes before the official Discovery Family release this weekend according to their schedule. This follows up on the announcement last week that "Uncommon Bond" would be dropping on the 15th, falling on the same weekend as the USA release of "Secrets and Pies".
Needless to say, season 7 continues to be a mess. Expect it in the stream post early if anyone ends up following it.

With September upon us quite a few of you have been looking at the Treehouse schedule and have grown concerned as it appears that Treehouse is once again showing new episodes that haven't aired on that network before. Certainly a justifiable concern as Treehouse did supply us with new episodes before the US airings some months ago but I do have some good news.
Looking into one of our sources, while Treehouse is showing new episodes on Saturday and Sunday during the beginning of September the flow of new episodes stops at Daring Done on September 17th which should air after it has aired in States. The following weekend Treehouse then starts to air repeats, starting with Celestial Advice and All Bottled Up on September 23rd and 24th and this proceeds through at least the first week of October.
Even if Treehouse starts airing new episodes again after that first week in October, the US will have a large gap of aired episodes Treehouse will have to catch up to, making them unlikely to catch up as we'll be through episode 22 by October 7th.
So unless some other countries air episodes we haven't seen yet I think we're in the clear for the rest of the season.
Of course, schedules do change and we'll keep an eye on the situation! We'll let you know if anything changes.
