Ponies seem to be the dominant race among a ton of different intelligent species across Equestria, and we briefly got to see what others like griffons and dragons think about them. Are colorful equines the true dominant force in ponyland though?
One thing that always stood out to me is their initial reaction to Zebras. They seemed to be completely unaware of Zebra culture, despite there clearly being a large population of them out there somewhere. The ponies of Ponyville were scaled of Zecora.
