Source What's your least favorite episode in pony? Why? What could have been done to make it better?
I haven't really though about this, but for me a good contender is P.P.O.V. (Pony Point of View). It's not a popular answer, but the episode just feels really weird to me. I get what they were going for with the different recounts and perspectives, but I wasn't a huge fan. It also just doesn't seem all that believable that they would fight in such a way at the end of Season 6, but maybe I am just being pedantic. I do like a lot of the conflict episodes early in the series (like "Fall Weather Friends" and "Look Before You Sleep"), but it just feels wrong this late in the series. This is a very similar reason to why people say they dislike "Non-Compete Clause," but I even feel like that episode is better. I'm not even sure how to directly fix this episode either, it just feels weak overall.
Another one that bugs me is the Season 7 finale (Shadow Play 1 & 2). Twilight just doesn't act in a way that maskes sense after she has been mentoring Starlight for so long. Also why would she ignore so many warning signs of danger when bringing back the Pillars? She always reads over all the details before making any major decisions like this, and she didn't do that at all here. Furthermore, the way they dealt with the Pony of Shadows was pretty uninspired. Yea I know it's FiM so it's always going to be like that in some way, but I wish there was more of a conflict and higher directly imposed stakes on the main cast like the season 4 and 6 finales. There was too little action for such a suposedly dangerous foe, but perhaps you disagree. It is my opinion after all.

Description:A mix of strange circumstances means that Gilda and Gallus are not spending the holidays in Griffonstone "enjoying," or rather surviving, the Blue Moon Festival. Instead, they are in Equestria for Hearth's Warming. Can Gilda put her griffon grump aside to enjoy a more wholesome holiday? Maybe she can with Gallus's help.
