At style was always a spiky topic for Generation 5. Not only did it have to live up to the ridiculously cute G4 ponies that we had a full decade to love, it had to top the countless fan artist interpretations of them over those many years. For some, Make Your Mark didn't quite hit the mark. And Tell Your Tale was hit even harder by these fan opinions with it's super cartoony aesthetics.
I think we actually asked this back before G5 as well, but it's a fun one to dive into. If you had to pick one fandom art style for G6, which artist would you go with? Do you want something closer to G4? Or are you into a fan interpretation that ventures far away from that?
