Still from the Portuguese autonomous region of Azores, this time little DJ PON3 was at Praia da Vittoria in the island of Terceira, Portugal. Behind her is the Monumento aos Homens do Mar ("Monument to the Men of the Sea"), a monument located right at the town's beach.

This was taken right on top of where the train tracks used to be for the Union Pacific that ran from Salina, KS to Colby, KS. Out of frame is the train depot. The line closed and was dismantled in 1998. Many ghost towns and dying towns line this former railroad.

11 Solar Eclipse 2024: London, Arkansas - Chrome Thunder
In 2017 I photographed my Funko Luna and Cele under the Solar Eclipse that happened that year near Kansas City. This year me and my friend went down to Arkansas to catch this one too (we settled on the town of London), and again I brought them. In this pic' the sun was about 3/4 covered. I took another right at totality, but it was blurry.

I climbed South Sister–tallest of the Three Sisters mountains and third tallest summit in Oregon last year with my Flutterbat plush made by QTpony (his Travelshy size, at 34"). South Sister rises to 10,358 ft (3,157 m) and is one of the major active stratovolcanoes in the Cascade Range, such as Mt St Helens, Mt Rainier, and Mt Hood. I spent one night at Moraine Lake about 1/3 of the way up, and the second night I camped at the summit! More images of my climb and how I carried her up there (strapped to my backpack) in the link to the image.

I brought Flutterbat along on a 3 day backpacking trip at Mount St Helens in the Mt Margaret Backcountry, in fall. Mount St Helens' bottom half can be seen hiding under the clouds in the background of this image, with Spirit Lake (further) and St Helens Lake (closer) in view behind her. Note the dead tree snags all laying in one direction away from the mountain, as this is in the old blast zone. New trees have started growing in their place, but in a much more sub-alpine growth form, probably because of the increased exposure from snow and winter weather.
