I always have been a huge fan of this prompt! I get to see how interests change from year to year when it comes to other media and it always gives me either a sense of nostalgia or gives me something new to check out and enjoy. One of the beautiful things of sharing art, eh?
As for today we managed to bring in 53 ponies which now brings us up to 923 ponies in total! We're so close to 1000 now everyone, just a little bit more!
Now that we are on the back half of the NATG, I am bringing out a prompt that I usually use much earlier, but wanted to experiment with it now that you all have a bit of experience under your belts. Variety is an important thing for an artist to learn and one can't just get by on ponies alone! So to give your creative muscles a stretch, I'd like you to Draw a pony as another species / Draw a pony getting a new lease on life.

Barioth Armor doesnt seem good for this encounter with its negative thunder resistance, but it has some skills for evade and things that can be a base for crit-draw GS for that Wyvern Impact. Well we had Bloons TD6 and Cyberpunk 2077 the last years, but with the announcement of Monster Hunter Wilds i got back into MHW... God i LOVE that game

I decided instead to make Pony Carl Edwards, my childhood NASCAR hero. Here he is doing his signature backflip after a race victory. Also he was sponsored by Subway and MLP used to air on the hub network so I liked the pun.

Four is a draconequus (though he doesn't really look the part; he looks more like Prickle from Gumby). And the Eternal Algebra Class is exactly what it sounds like; you don't want to go here. I see we're at the middle of the course, the time when we get that crossover prompt that's so popular, year after year. I should have prepared. The alt prompt calls for a pony from another world and if you go for worlds of imagination, there's a plethora. Well, I like the design of the unicorn in The Last Unicorn, so I figured I'd draw that. I ended up watching the movie again on the Internet Archive, with the sound cut off every time there was a song. x_x So, otherworldly unicorn achieved. Background filled in with glittery paints. I wonder what Soobel drew.
