Shining and Cadance came out of nowhere way back in 2012, but while the fandom wasn't so sure of what to make of them at first the finale of season 2 made us fall in love with them or, at the very least, accept them. A lot has happened since those early days, with the culmination of their character arc ending up being Flurry Heart later in the show.
While they didn't have a front-and-center spot in the show, what did you think of their character development? What sort of episodes would you have liked for them to have?
