I think a few people were confused thinking this series is repeating, but I technically started it on the 28th of January last year, so it won't be ending until then. We still have 26 more days to cover after this one.
The next round might cover years after 2018, or something else could replace this post series entirely. Feel free to recommend stuff in the comments.
Anyway, history for January 2nd has arrived! Go get it all below.
Hasbro continued to axe pony stream parties, and a rumor started floating around that it was just a troll pretending to be Hasbro. We cleared that up today, letting people know that it was, in fact, Hasbro doing the takedowns.
Oddly they just up and stopped eventually, and stream parties continued for the next 7 years.
2013
Ponyscopes arrived on The Hub, giving us a bunch of cute mares to draw, which we did a ton of! Too bad they aren't really around much these days.
We were waiting on our big foray into the pony version of the big apple today, with lots of clips being released around the various news organizations Hasbro used to release them to.
Apparently knockoff merch companies weren't happy with just small plushies. They started producing these gigantic pony bouncy castles, complete with fandom fanart ripped from Deviant Art and plastered on the side.
