Today was EQD's first day, where I talked about Mcdonalds toys and posted a fanfic. We also had the announcement of Magical Mystery Cure, tearing the fandom apart foreverrr.

2011
Today was the first day of Equestria Daily, and all we really did was post a fanfic about Apple Bloom and a swearword filled editorial about awkwardly buying McDonalds toys! Good times.
2012
Skyrim modding was all the rage, and outside of Thomas the Tank Engine, Fluttershy was making the internet rounds due to a mod swapping the dragons with a big cute pegasus.
And on the EQD celebration front, I actually had an OC back in the day. He was kinda forgotten since I really prefer MARE and didn't feel any connection to him at all. Maybe some day I'll have a new personal OC, but until then I'll just use whatever horse I'm waifuing at any given moment.

Where were you when Magical Mystery Cure was announced? That's probably the biggest pile of comments we've had as people anticipated the princessing of Twily.
We also had Funko's Flutter and Doctor figures, and these crazy "X meets MLP" animations dropped a spiderman episode.

I don't know why we had a best of Lyra Drawfriend post today, but have that.
