Invader Zim's creator told everyone to draw popular characters to be popular artists, and we tied it into ponies. I think it still fits despite the blowback and the way he phrased it. If you want to be big on the internet, this still seems like the fastest way to get your name out there.
2012
The Gameloft pony game released first in Australia today, with plans for its release elsewhere on the following day. The art was always really impressive in this one... but that monetization. More on that tomorrow.
2013
Canterlot Wedding was editorialized. One of the best episodes~

PewDiePie played the Luna Game, and Luna also got a cute ornament.

We started noticing a lot of Glimmy creeping around in the background in during this season, which was one of my favorite parts of it.
