A San Diego Comic-Con exclusive cover for the My Little Pony: 40th Anniversary Special IDW comic has been revealed through an IDW press release. This cover was illustrated by Tony Fleecs.
Printings of the comic with this cover will only be available to fans attending the San Diego Comic-Con convention, which will occur on July 19–23 in San Diego, California.
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 30, 2023) – IDW Publishing is returning to Comic-Con International: San Diego and bringing an exciting variety of exclusives to the show floor! The IDW booth (#2729) will be available to fans exploring the convention’s show floor from July 19-23 and offer more than a dozen variants and signed editions.
More information will be revealed shortly about IDW’s panels and signings at SDCC.
The My Little Pony: 40th Anniversary Special comic will be initially released on July 12, and a hardcover version will be released on December 12. Both editions will be nearly 100 pages long and will feature three separate stories.
