We finally got the 100th episode of Friendship is Magic today, and with it came an absolute avalanche of brand new canon to play with starring ponies that were only really explored by the fans up until this point!

2011
The very first Friendship is Magic dating sim project was announced today! And proceeded to die. In fact, we've had 13 years of dead or in development hell for 5+ years dating sims now. It seems this genre is just cursed.
2012
The Andrew W.K. era continued, with him getting a full in interview about Pinkie Pie from MTV.
Ironically, I still have no idea who this is. I just knew you all loved him and never got around to Googling him. I'll do it some day.
2013
The Brony Chronicles officially released their first chapter today! I've been told it is much better than the BronyCon doc.
2014
OnlyFactory revealed their Cutie Mark Crusaders today.
2015
After a month of hype we finally got our 100th episode of Friendship is Magic, and with it a TON of references and background ponies doing all sorts of amazing shenanigans. Needless to say, the fandom had a field day with it.
And in other plush news, we got some Doctor Whooves out of 4DE to celebrate. Pre-orders at least.
2016

We had the ponies and pets event today if you want to see what people have wandering their houses with their pony merch!
And this bear tried to eat Pinkie Pie. Some say he's still trying to get to her.

Pony cellphone grips became a thing around this time. I've never used a cell phone grip, but they look really convenient.
