It's that time once again for horse history! May 6th has been a pretty interesting day every year for whatever reason.

2011
Custom figures were still pretty rare back in the day. Only a few people were making them, but they were delivering on ideas the official merch lines just weren't.
2012
We got our first My Little Investigations demo today! It's too bad the project was cancelled in the end.
2013
Japanese Trixie was born today, and made waves around the fandom with her glorious boastfulness.
2014
The Youtube drama hit a big name today, with Dr. Wolf's channel getting the axe. Luckily he got it back eventually, but this was a pretty tumultuous time for pony on Youtube!
2015
One of the first pony musicians to break the 1 million mark was The Living Tombstone! I still remember the old days with him on the EQD music review team with a bunch of other people filtering through piles of songs on Skype. These days he's rockin 6.5 million and covers pretty much every fandom out there.
2016
All these years later, I think this is still one of my favorite 3D models. Though OpenPony is basically the pinnacle for me at this point.
2017
Fluttershy Leans aired in the US today, and Forever Filly aired in Canada. We also had this iconic ponification of an old meme.
