When asked who the Mascot of Equestria Daily was, our genius AI ChatGPT first chose Twilight Sparkle. An understandable error considering Twi is all over the place here on this silly horse website. After correcting it, it chose... me as the mascot? It also designed me an OC.
Finally after telling it that Spotlight Splash was the mascot, not me, it pulled a brand new, very Butterscotchy design out of it's electronic ass along with a completely made up origin story.
