It's time to celebrate everything cool that happened on the 2nd of March over the years! Go get pony history below.
2011
Most of us had no idea how pony worked before G4, so our first experience of a recolor merch thing from Hasbro was a surprising. These eventually gained the term "HasbrOC" and we even adopted a few despite the early outrage at this crime against Rarity.
And EQD hit 500k views, which was a big deal back then. Madmax drew us a comic.
2012
Brony Dance Party started around this time with Beyond Her Tomb, using those trademark Pony Creator OC style vectors that the current fandom would probably scoff at. Our quality expectations have skyrocketed to unsustainable levels now!
And before Silver Quill did the Pre-episode comics, we had Undead Niklos doing them. Here's one of the early ones.
2013
Lauren Faust joined the mane 6 team today to help design the characters for Them's Fightin' Herds!
And we had a neat Pinkie PMV and that adorable dangerous mission uniform Fluttershy custom.
2014
Not much, so have cool bat.
2017
Poni is an anime, an d Trixie's book is announced. Japanese ponies are cute for some reason.
