Today we lost M.A. Larson for future episode writing, saw the announcement of the death of Toys R' Us, and Twilight guarded books. In other words, just another day in poni.

2011
Ponies appeared in Penny Arcade! I haven't seen that comic in so long. Apparently they had no idea why people were requesting ponies in the comic, and just slapped one in.
In other news, this day had like 20 fanfic posts. I don't know how that old EQD audience dealt with that level of spam
2012
Those classic 2snacks animations started today~ Animating Celestia and Luna as 2 best friends play. good times.
And Friendship is Witchcraft dropped some MOON. It's gone now though. Something about washing away their past weird bronyness because they are superior now or something.
2013
Hasbro showed off a 3D Pony model in a new promo. It's not quite OpenPony level, but it's pretty neat.
2014
Pony Day became a thing! And we forgot to celebrate it again after the first one. Woops.
2016
M.A. Larson was one of the favorites when it came to episode writing. He always seemed to drop off amazing ones. It was a shame when we found out he was gone for season 6.
2017
Not much happened, but this Twilight battlestation is pretty amazing.
