I just love initiatives like these!! The musician behind previous pony songs Fluttersad and SpookyMare is back with a Dashie-themed song! It's paying tribute to the speed lover by using vocals generated through TalkNet and fitting electric guitars! And all in such a cool DnB rhythm, I'm sure Dashie would be ecstatic witnessing this track made about her!
(And yes, that's likely a play on "AI" in that title, because of using TalkNet!)

Background ponies were some of the most important parts of the G4 fandom, giving us a whole extra layer of content to play around with. We adopted a bunch of them and created complex stories and fanon ideas for their lives, essentially taking over an aspect of the show for ourselves.
G5 has some very interesting characters lurking around in the background so far, and while we don't have a series with a few instances of each to fuel specific concepts, we do have a few standout designs and scenes to play off of. Over the last few weeks we've posted up a pony every night for you all to assign names to, and these were the most popular names of the bunch! Of course, we aren't the authority on naming backgrounders by any means, but this should give people a template to play off of as we get to know these characters. Assuming some come back to the series and specials.

Description: During one of her many passion projects, Twilight decides to try and track down the origins of magic and where everypony came from. Her library is chock full of various different theories, none of them very helpful. She decides, instead, to ask Princess Celestia. However, the answer she gets is far more absurd than she bargained for. An answer so detached from reality that it takes a physical manifestation of it to show Twilight the extent of the terrifying source of magic and what it did to a once-benign world to render it and its inhabitants so fantastical.
