You wake up one day in Applejacks barn, and when you go to scratch your head in confusion, you realize you no longer have any fingers! You have become a pony! Depending on what kind of pony fan you are, this is either a nightmare scenario or the best thing ever.
A startled Applejack finds you about 10 minutes later poking around trying to figure out how the hell walking works, and shouts something about "Durn vagabonds thinkin' they can stay rent free!", chasing you into Ponyville proper. Despite your shouts of "I'm not actually a pony!" you are completely ignored. In fact, everypony thinks you are just crazy. "Earth? Like an Earth pony? Sure anon, that's what you are." followed by eye-rolls is about all you get. It looks like it's time to either figure out how to blend in, or finally convince them that you are, in fact, an alien from another world.

The G5 flood is never-ending, and this post is dedicated to all of the minor news and promotional material being released around the world. Everything from celebrating certain holidays happening now with ponies, to various producs branding with G5's mane cast are available here, along with a few general factoid images ripped from apps and games released in various countries. It's an all-out onslought from Hasbro's marketing deparment, and we are doing our best to gather what we can from it!

The primary theme song for the My Little Pony: A New Generation Movie "It's Alright" is seeing it's big debut today on multiple platforms. Chances are it will be on anything you can get music on by the end of the day with how swiftly hasbro seems to be plugging things as the movie is less than a week away.
For now, it has been popped up on Youtube, becuase nothing can stop the Youtube armada, can it?

Back when we first posted the generation 5 trailer, a few hours afterward they revealed a new body glitter gel called Unicorn Snot. Unfortunately you couldn't order them if you were so inclined to cover yourself in glitter. As of today, that has changed! They now have online orders available.
If that sounds like something you'd use, you can find them over here. There are four options to choos efrom, with each of the ponies coming in a separate pack, or all three at once for $45. It's pretty pricy, but my more fashion inclined friends here at EQD have let me know that this is pretty normal.

After thee success of generation 4 at Build-a-Bear, they apparently want in on that G5 acttion. They haven't announced any products yet, but they are planning on interviewing two of the voice actresses from the movie on their station over at iHeart Radio. Personally, I had no idea they had a radio station, but weirder things have existed!
The event happens at 2PM EDT on both the 19th and 18th of September. Here's hoping they reveal some upcoming plushie lines too!
