For Corequestria Vol. 2: Canterlot, master Nyancat380 saw fit to compose a song for Moondancer (she lives in Canterlot after all), expressing all her suppressed feelings that we saw back then in that episode! You will be able to feel that with the heavy, unexpected bass moments throughout the creative progression of this pure beauty of a track, featuring the recognizable J.E.N.O.V.A melodies, Moondancer vocal samples perfectly altered with effects, as well as a wide array of sick sounds that will blow you away. It was certainly powerful to listen to for me!

Discussion: Do You Think G4 Got Too Dark?

The first season of Friendship is Magic was pretty much entirely composed of 6 mares preparing to go to a big party in Canterlot. There were monsters and creatures galore, but for the most part the entire thing was very lighthearted and much less serious than what we got as the show progressed through the years.

While many of us were perfectly fine with the progression into more adult topics, some die-hards are all about that early season feel-good style. Going back and watching through it, the problems were small and the enemies much less devious.

On the more extreme side of things, a few people think the show went too far. Would you agree with their sentiment? Or do you think we got just far enough into the "dark side" of life and that a mix of slice-of-life cute stuff coupled with library shattering explosions was a good thing?

New "Which Pony Are You?" Chart Reveals More About Hitch, Sunny, and Izzy (Update: ANOTHER Quiz Appears!)

I thought they forgot about Hitch in this kind of marketing. Every time it's a triop of ponies he's usually out of it!

We've got a new chart that lets you figure out which character you identify the best with out of these three. Unfortunately Zipp and Pipp aren't included, so hopefully we can figure that one out later. For now, at least you can play with these three.

Singapore's Early My Little Pony: A New Generation Screening Includes Limited Edition Pony Bags

September 19th is the date to keep an eye out for when it comes to major spoilers from the Generation 5 pony movie. We reported on Singapore and a few other countries getting early access to it via theatrical releases, and these guys are right up there in the front.

Apparently it's going even further than that though, with a free, limited-edition pony bag of either Sunny or Izzy with purchase of a ticket. I've popped full size pictures of both of them below.

It's a shame it's not getting a world-wide theatrical release, but we will probably be compiling up meetups for in-person viewing with friends if that sounds like something you'd likee to do. Keep an eye out for that post in the next few days! For now, go check out the bags below.

G5 Hype Music: lunar_amity - New Generation (feat. Seyden & SnowShovel96) [Pop Punk]

If such "hype songs" are already getting made now, I can't imagine the rush of fan songs that the release of the G5 movie and show will create all around the world! Apparently new to YouTube, these 3 musicians teamed up for an early song about the upcoming G5, and the lovely vocals will make you melt while the rocking instrumental will hype you up! From lunar_amity's words, "This is the song about upcoming G5, the hype around it and feeling of nostalgia." They all did so awesome and I'm looking forward to the future other G5 songs they may make!
