I have known this was coming for a very long time. And during the period between when I first found out about the end and today, it never quite felt real.
I have been a comic book reader for a long time. I have seen comic series come and go. Some finales have been meh. Some bad. Some rushed. And others good. And yet for all of those series, not once have I felt as I do now. Like I am saying goodbye to some very dear friends for the final time.
But I know this isn't the end. Not for good. And not forever.
It's just the end of this chapter. And a new one is about to begin.
So, until the next chapter begins, let's go on one more adventure.
