With the release of the new movie and the new generation, the Brony Study is back with some questions as we transition into this brand new phase of the fandom! As always, they are asking for your feedback and you have a chance at some nice gift cards if you're over the age of 18.

So if you'd like to help in the name of pony science, check on after the break for the full breakdown!
Hi there, I am Dr. Daniel Chadborn, current lead of the BronyStudy Research Team started by Dr. Pat Edwards, I’m hoping you all can help us out with the continuation of the Brony Study project we have been working on over the last 10 years. We are doing an anonymous survey (20 min or less) about the brony fandom and responses to the new movie My Little Pony: A New Generation.

Some of you may have taken part one of this study last April. If so, you will be able to skip the beginning questions and go right into offering your perceptions on the new movie. For new participants, you will be asked some basic background questions and then a number of open-ended questions about your thoughts on the movie and new generation as well as some general perceptions about yourself and connection to the fandom.

Upon completion of the survey you will be able to enter into another drawing for one of several $25 Amazon gift cards.

This survey does require that you have seen the new movie, if you haven’t yet, we ask that you return and complete it once you have.

You can access the survey online at:

The survey will be open until October 15, 2021.
