Stardew Valley has been due for some pony love for quite a while now. We recently posted one adding anthro ponies to the mix, but a new one has cropped up that turns the denizens of the valley into actual ponies.
It's still a work in progress, but a good amount of things ahve been swapped already. You can find the mod over here on Nexusmods.
