The news flood begins! Hopefully. I still can't believe we don't have a trailer.
Generation 5 merchandise will be the focus later this year, and with that comes the playsets, blindbags (in advent calendar form), brushables, and general figures. It seems like the focus this time around is articulated movable ones, but they did reveal a new brushable to go along with those in the oldschool singles format. I'm sure this isn't the end of it. We are going to get a lot of pony merchandise this year with the movie I'm sure. Hopefully the series ramps it up even harder next year!
