We saw quite a bit of staff changes over the 10+ years of pony being worked on. From the very early on when Lauren Faust left for Jayson Thiessen to take over, to the Big Jim Miller era, pony had a lot of minds involved in it! Even the writers were basically brand new with only a few repeats every season. Hell, even a Hasbro Exec at one point ditched the corporate life for a chance to write some pone.
