I think we can chock this up to best knockoff ever. A company over in Indonesia is apparently producing Kirin rice, with Autumn Blaze as the mascot. You can see her on label in their various images. The actual art was originally created by TCN back in 2018. Either someone is a fan of pony, or they just grabbed the first cartoon kirin that popped up on whatever search they used over there.
