My surprised face...really. After a hack that started with the rest of the episodes of season 9 which was then followed with another hack containing tons of behind the scenes files from the show, the same hacker has also gotten their hands on 'Holidays Unwrapped', the EqG special.
As always we won't be posting it here but we wanted you all to know about it in case spoilers start popping up again over the next few days when searching for Equestria Girls stuff. We know it has been released earlier in some markets but this warning is just in case for those who missed the spoilers in the initial wave.

New album from Ditherer and Steryotype, and if you've been staying in the loop of Ditherer's pony rap albums, you should know what this means! A lot of heartfelt rapping of clever and thoughtful lyrics, about various ponies and themes! This time we've got a song adding chara depth and lore to Jasmine Leaf the owner of that tea shop from S07E12 Discordant Harmony, a love song written toward Twilight, Ditherer's take on the kirins' depth and meaning, and much, much more! You can just feel the pony love and dedication in all those verses, and "Community Service" or not, this is all so wonderful to see!

What a better way to celebrate sunshine, ocean fun, high school girls in swimsuits and testing the limits of the voice actors than talking about a summer fun special in October. This special is mostly starring Rainbow Dash’s ego, Human Light throwing away all matters of science, and actual pony continuity leaking into the human world. There was a lot of world building that could've happened here, but didn't. And the moral is pretty much an "I told you so" ego built up for Rainbow Dash. Always believe your friends...even when they're trying to ruin your trip by making bad magic appear in the first place by using your own magic. I'm sure I got the gist of the moral there. Let's set sail (cliche that's totally never been used to relate to boats) and see how Dashie screws up not in a good way, but in a lucky way.

Seems fitting that the episode with the epic song ended up dominating the poll! Trixie and Starlight were obviously my favorite duo in the show. I don't need to tell you that.
We've got a new poll up for an old idea we want to make actually happen! Lets celebrate the last 9 years by reliving it weekly! We need your help deciding on a time to do it each weekend though. A few people have bounced around the idea of shifting it to prime time, while others would prefer to stick to the early morning slot for nostalgia purposes. You decide!
We've got a few people interested in running stream events with us each weekend. So hopefully we can make it just as fun as usual.
