My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: Digital Series?
By Astral Phoenix
With the recent release of the Best Gift Ever short could this lead to a possible MLP FiM Digital Series?
As we all know the rumor going around is the possibility of Season 9 being the final series despite Hasbro has yet to confirm this as of yet. As it stands many of us are convinced that Season 9 is likely the end of “Friendship is Magic”, however, thanks to a recent short from Hasbro it may be likely that FiM may still continue on but in the same format as the Equestria Girls series.
One of the other rumors that I have heard is that even though FiM is ending the Equestria Girls series is still going to carry on. If this is true one question that I have is, how could EQG continue if FiM is, possibly, ending?
Well, what if FiM is not entirely ending as we think. Sure, the overall seasons of the show might be ending, but suppose Hasbro could likely switch G4 into its own digital series like EQG.
If Hasbro did go with this direction for G4 what do you any of you think?
If FiM went into a digital series of its own what kind shorts would you want to see from it?
Student 6: New Elements or Enchanted Artifacts?
By: FlareGun45
There's gonna be spoilers to the season 8 finale in this post, so if you haven't watched it yet and you're reading this - too bad. you had plenty of time! :P
So in the climax of the episode we noticed that the Tree of Harmony saved the Student 6 from the magic bubble, and then they were able to use the artifacts to save the day. But people are thinking they're the new bearers of the Elements of Harmony? I don't think they are though, but something DID happen and the Student 6 got SOMETHING! Yunno the Pillars have their enchanted artifacts that have the power of friendship within them and each represent a certain something that created the Elements of Harmony? Well now it seems the Tree of Harmony mighta enchanted the artifacts, like Clover the Clever's cloak, and they contain the same power the Elements and the Pillars' artifacts have! Not replacing the elements, but creating NEW artifacts of harmony!
Ever since the finale, I think the artifacts weren't used to their full potential - only used to drain magic. What happened to the creating tsunamis thing or calling a dragon or enemies lowering their weapons? I got the feeling these artifacts are gonna come back and the Student 6 are gonna use them for something big, like a final battle in the series finale! Not as the MAIN heroes, but they'll be BIG help!
The City of Baltimare in the My Little Pony Universe
On the official map of Equestria, on the shore of the Horseshoe Bay, lies the city of Baltimare.
Perhaps this Equestrian/pony city is alternately called Horseshoe Bay City, or the official name
of the city is the City of Baltimare and the Horseshoe Bay. But it is often simply referred to as
Baltimare.
This city is mostly populated by ponies, but it also has sizable populations of donkeys, mules,
dragons and griffons. Interbreeding between ponies and donkeys is common in Baltimare,
with a large local population of mules.
The city's leader is an elected mayor, who governs along with a Citizens Assembly selected
by random lottery from the local citizenry. Centuries ago, a hereditary Lord or Lady Baltimare
ruled the city alongside the Citizens Assembly. But a revolution ended the local monarchy.
The Baltimare family still is prominent in local politics, as the descendants of the Lords and
Ladys Baltimare are still elected mayor frequently.
Politics can be ugly, as elections for mayor see rival candidates slander and libel each other,
and members of the Citizens Assembly also slander and libel each other during political de-
bates.
Meanwhile, in Ponyville, the Cutie Map summons Twilight Sparkle and Applejack to Baltimare
just as an election for mayor is about to occur. . .
The Waifu Conundrum, or, the Extremes of Claiming a Pony as a Lover
By Moonlit Stones
Being a brony for many years has shown that I can have great fun watching a television show for kids and talk about it on social media, but one thing I don't understand much is the waifu.
I know that anime fans have at least one waifu or husbando, but why does our community have or even NEED waifus? It seems like a very extreme concept to fans who want a pastel pony as a lover. Other things that seem extreme are the concepts of "waifu stealers," like Flash Sentry and Timber Spruce of the Equestria Girls series. Sure, they love a certain Twilight Sparkle (depending on the character), but why do we vilify them for taking someone who isn't real, and if they are real, do we even have a snowball's chance of wooing them to be ours forevermore?
Most of us are totally either out of their league or are too old to even get 'em. Don't get me wrong; I do have a waifu, but it's not the big extremes that most other bronies have for a certain character of one of the great television shows of the early twenty-first century.
Are We Tired of Flam and Flim yet?

I'm writing this at Christimas time, so Merry Belated Christmas!
In all honesty, I never found the Flam Flim bros that appealing, but I didn't dislike them either. I thought they were so-so characters. Their best episode was Viva Las Pegasus though when they used their scamming skills to take down a larger threat, and one of the best things about them is that they're non-reformable! But they're not necessarily evil either, they're just greedy! But then again, give enough power to them, they could destroy Equestria for money perhaps! But I don't think they're gonna go that far in this series.
So my point is, have we had enough of the Flam Flim bros? I thought Viva LP was a good enough end to their story arc! They own a casino now! I guess Friendship U was pretty good too, but it seems like after Viva LP, every Flam Flim bros episode is gonna turn out to be the same. What they did in Best Gift Ever was exactly the same as Friendship U. I think we're pretty much done with them. Other than a slight cameo somewhere, I think it's best the writers stop with them so they can focus more on other unfinished arcs. Wouldn't you say so?
If the show needs another greedy character for an episode, just use Iron Will again!
