A new Fallout 4 Mod has been dropped over on Nexus that adds voiced anthropomorphic pony companions to the game. All of the mane 6 are included. They don't have any kind of real backstory and will blindly follow you without much fuss.
It does require the Crimes Against Nature and Nuka World / Far Harbor mods, so be sure to have all of that installed.
