Another cruise has arrived from SeaBronies. The team has scooped up a bunch of VIP guests and set their next expedition across three countries.
Head on down below the break for the full breakdown!
SeaBronies is delighted to announce our next cruise, departing Miami for the Caribbean on December 8, 2019! This year, we're bringing the magic in a BIG way: THREE fun and fantastic Guests of Honor, right off the bat! Drum roll please... ... ... Presenting Bill Newton, G. M. Berrow, and the one and only Dustykatt!
We have an awesome itinerary lined up for this cruise too. Departing from Miami on Sunday, December 8, 2019 (yes, you have over a year to plan and save!), SeaBronies Expedition 4 will take us to three ports of call across the Caribbean, in three different countries (a new SeaBronies record!): Ocho Rios, Jamaica; George Town, Cayman Islands; and finally a return to Cozumel, Mexico (which we previously visited on Expedition 2)! It's like a Caribbean sampler platter! Rounding off the itinerary
are two days at sea, which past cruisers know are just as fun as port
days, offering community gatherings and tons of fun aboard ship.
And what a ship she is! This time, we're sailing on Carnival's biggest and newest (as of today) vessel, the Carnival Horizon! You can learn more about the Horizon on Carnival's site here. (This will be our third group cruise on Carnival, and the largest vessel we've ever sailed on.)
Naturally,
though, all these Guests of Honor means lots of VIP bills to pay! Want
to help out and get rad nautical swag? Check out our sponsorship tiers! ALL of our cruisers get tons and tons of "face time" with the VIPs, but sponsors
get even more: Exclusive sponsor-only panels, rare swag, and even (at
the higher tiers) swanky VIP dinners and cocktail parties with the
Guests of Honor! Can't make the cruise, but
still want to help (and want that swag)? That's okay; you can still sponsor us, and we'll substitute $40 in store credit for your $40 cruise dues!
We look forward to making this the most amazing brony cruise ever, and hope to see you RSVPing soon! If you can't make it, at least be sure to follow us on Twitter, and please do consider sponsoring us! We're largely funded by merch sales and sponsorships, and the best way to keep up on both of those is our Twitter. So see you there!
ABOUT BILL NEWTON:
Bill Newton is
an Australian actor, voice actor, and writer, working in Vancouver,
British Columbia. His roles in voice acting have ranged from Anime
(Isami Toma and Kotaru Suwa in World Trigger, Kurokono Tasuke in
Gintama) to video games (Dragon Age: Inquisition, Grey Goo) and western
animation (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Disney’s Finding Dory).
Bill’s
background in theatre, singing, and musicianship have prepared him for
anything coming his way, and he can’t wait to take on as many new and
interesting roles as the world will throw at him! Bill likes traveling,
video games, Scotch whiskey, and cats.
ABOUT GM BERROW:
G.M. Berrow is a writer and television industry
professional originating from Brooklyn, New York. She identifies with Twilight
Sparkle because she loves to read, stargaze, and have fun with her very
best friends and with her own "Big Brother, Best Friend Forever." When
she was little, she aspired to become either a princess or a magical
pony. Things seem to be right on schedule.
ABOUT DUSTYKATT:
Known
as "The Manliest Brony in the World", Dusty is known primarily for his
former show “Stay Brony My Friends”, his YouTube videos which have gone
viral, and separating convention-goers from their money at charity
auctions. What he is most proud of, though, is his fans. The finest
bronies in the world (his audience...that includes YOU, right?) have
come together to raise over 50,000 dollars for a variety of charities.
This has also piqued the curiosity of documentary filmmakers. As Dusty
would say, "Stay Brony, my Friends."
ABOUT SEABRONIES:
SeaBronies, established in 2015, is a meetup group
that holds all of its events on commercially available cruises rather
than in conventional meetup venues. Not a “brony cruise provider”, but
rather a facilitator of brony meetups and events ON pre-existing cruises, SeaBronies
aims to provide and curate fun experiences on cruises around the world
for bronies, pegasisters and pony fans. Well-traveled staffers bring to
the table their expertise from over 60 individual cruises. All venues
are voted on by open vote among registered members. This will be SeaBronies's fifth group cruise and its fourth main Expedition.
