Sunset Shimmer has officially been listed up on the Build-A-Bear Website following the announcement a few days ago. She comes in three options:

MY LITTLE PONY SUNSET SHIMMER Gift Set (Cape, shoes, necklace) - $56
MY LITTLE PONY SUNSET SHIMMER Cape 2 pc - $13.50
She's also available over on the UK.
For me personally, shes available at local stores as well if you just want to go pick her up. You should definitly check stock before making the trip though.
