The latest news from the world's largest Toy Store broke this evening. Though if you were looking at the United Kingdom this morning, the writing was more or less on the wall.
Sky News, BBC, and Nintendo Wire all reported that all Toys "R" Us locations in the United Kingdom are to go out of business.
Less than an hour ago… news broke via the Wall Street Journal, which has subsequently been rereported by CNN, that the Company's CEO, David Brandon, informed employees at Toys "R" Us world headquarters om Wayne, New Jersey that the company will cease operations and liquidate all assets.
Toys R Us is also expected to close most if not all of their locations worldwide.
This is the worst case scenario I envisioned happening to the 70 year old company last Saturday.
