Target continues it's holiday ads with another one starring ponies, along with a bunch of other carton and game characters. Unfortunately, cartoon horses aren't the focus in this one, but Songbird and Pinkie Pie are still hanging out in the background.

Looks like we've got ourselves some more season 8 news from the looks of things! According to John de Lancie's twitter he spent this week recording two new episodes which I can assume are for season 8.

Up on youtube, Hasbro has released a short 2 minute interview with Celebrity Stylist Laura Schuffman. For those of you unaware, Laura is the stylist who is primarily responsible for the new designs the Humane 7 received for their new youtube series.
Laura was present at HASCON's Equestria Girls panel were the character redesigns were first unveiled, and most of the information which was presented there is now in a handy dandy youtube video.

The next Equestria Girls Short is out officially. This one marks the final in the line that was leaked by the Discovery app a while back. We now move on to new territory with a teaser for an upcoming episode parodying the movie "Speed".

Last time it was Fluttershy and Applejack, this time we've got pink one with blue eyes and blue one with pink eyes. That has nothing to do with anything, but I can't unsee it now. They match too perfectly. If I have to live with this knowledge, so do you.
Matching or not, they've come a long way, so it begs the question where do they still have left to go? But it's all speculation if it's not based on anything, so come along while we recap their character arcs so far in order to take a few educated guesses on where they might go from here in season 8 and beyond!
