Noir Rarity should be a seasonal thing. It's clearly her best costume. Just look how intense she is. How crime solving. I'd read her light novel series. Delve into the deep underbelly of Canterlot with it's scum and villainy slowly losing their stranglehold on the city as Detective Rarity takes them out one at a time. The inevitable downfall arc where she ends up in jail herself for a crime she didn't commit. Truly the possibilities are endless.

HASCON Interview: Meghan McCarthy on Writing for My Little Pony: The Movie

There's only 25 days left until My Little Pony: The Movie is released in theaters everywhere!

Wait … THE MOVIE IS GOING TO BE OUT IN 25 DAYS! I STILL NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHO I AM GOING TO SEE THE MOVE WITH DURING OPENING WEEKEND!!!

So while I am having a scheduling crisis today, two days ago at HASCON I wasn't, and so I conducted an interview with My Little Pony: The Movie's Co-executive Producer and fan Favorite Show Writer Meghan McCarthy.

After the break you'll be able to find out when Meghan first found out she was working on the movie, how the film was able to keep current with the developments happening in the show, and how one particular villain ended up changing from a he to a she. Catch you later!

Three Servers Added and Patches Going Out for Legends of Equestria, Plus Animated Story Trailer

The Legends of Equestria team was absolutely flooded on launch, prompting the need for three more servers to handle the flood. Bugs are being squashed as they are reported, and more quests being added to the actual story which has had a trailer released for it as of a day ago.

Music: Technickel Pony & Melody Sky - Spin It Anew [Hip-Hop/Disco]

Always good to see some slightly more unique things coming out, and here Melody Sky has laid down some great lines on a super groovy and funky instrumental from Technickel Pony. The lyrics are pretty wholesome and the flow throughout is really smooth throughout. Check it out below for a good fun time!

MLP Movie Soundtrack Playlist Appears on German Site

If you've been curious as to what might just be on the soundtrack and who might get a singing role, this website from Germany called Saturn has a soundtrack list out! The soundtrack consists of 13 tracks and lists the singers for each!

We haven't seen this list anywhere else so it isn't 100% confirmed, but considering it appears to be a site that sells music I'm pretty confident it is.

Rarity Day Discussion - Episode Ideas, Character Discussion, and More!

This is the same post from Friday! I thought it would be a good idea to leave everyone's comments from that day intact and let people add to them instead of wiping everything out and starting fresh!

Rarity is a complex character. When the show first began I remember a lot of people thinking she would be the stereotypical girly character that no one would be interested in, but as time went on (especially after Suited for Success) she turned out to be something much more!

Between her epic freak outs, her dream of growing her business, the dynamic between her and Spike, her sister Sweetie Belle and so much more she has built herself into an impressive character we love to see on scene.

So what do you all think of Rarity? What do you love about her and what bugs you about her? Where do you want to see her grow as a character and what do you want to see from her next?

Rarity Day Begins... Again!

All right, take two everyone! With HASCON news being heavier than we expected we had to delay Rarity Day so that the whole day wouldn't be a hopeless mess. And we know that Rarity hates messes of that caliber, right?
