Back during HASCON, Hasbro revealed a new set of Equestria Girls to relaunch their general doll lineup. With new proportions, different face shapes, and a few other improvements, it looks like they weren't too happy with sales on the originals and wanted something a bit different. Consdering Mini seems to be selling so well, there is potential.
