As of last night, the My Little Pony Movie has officially surpassed 50 million in total worldwide box office revenue. This comes at a time where the movie has started to shift out of US theaters, but a few weeks into some other countries currently picking up.
It still has a few major markets to invade, but for a movie that was, as Hasbro put it in their recent investor call, a "modest" budget, that's a pretty impressive number. Hopefully this means a sequel. I would not mind at all having more big screen pony!
