I didn't even notice this until it was pointed out but apparently Nurse Redheart has undergone a small change. Both the symbol on her cutie mark and her cap have been changed from their original version to differentiate it a bit from the Red Cross' symbol.
As you all have probably seen in games, movies, and elsewhere, the symbol has been altered in some way to make it different from the symbol associated with the Red Cross, which relates to improper use of symbols associated with the Geneva Convention.
Whether it means the show was hit by a request to change the symbol or the team is nipping a problem in the bud it looks like the changes to Redheart are here to stay.
