The Cologne Carnival event had a wagon dedicated to all things girly this year, complete with a giant Pinkie Pie and a bunch of other pink things. We don't have full confirmation in this, but apparently it's supposed to be sort of an anti-sexual harassment thing based on the 2015 version of the carnival.
Regardless of message, that's a good looking Pinkie Pie!
