2018 MLP Annual Listed on Amazon With Movie Tie-In

Each year, Hasbro releases a celebratory My Little Pony book promoting whatever they accomplished in the past year and going into the future. The 2018 edition has been officially listed on Amazon. Apparently it includes exclusive content from the movie even though it's releasing a few months beforehand.

Music: Suskii - Take Flight [Melodic Dubstep]

Suskii returns to EqD for a second time with an original track, that takes a much more melodic tone than their first feature. With a really nice arpeggiated melody and powerful chords building up to a heavy melodic drop interspersed with some heavy dubstep sounds, this track is pretty great. I especially like the strong vocal-sounding growl. Definitely worth a listen if you want some awesome melodic dubstep!

Music: ApostropheShy - Rainbow Falls [Melodic Dubstep]

ApostropheSky is fast becoming a regular here, with some pretty consistently enjoyable releases. Here they've tackled melodic dubstep, with a pretty upbeat  track about the Rainbow Falls. With some fun chords included throughout this track builds up pretty well to some high energy drops, that have some cool sound design, but mostly focus on the powerful chords that carry the track. Definitely worth checking out!

Music: StringStorm - Dominance! (feat. IMShadow007) [Symphonic Metal]

A few months ago StringStorm released a symphonic metal cover of NotACleverPony's iconic piece 'For The New Lunar Republic'. Here, he's released an updated version featuring some vocals from singer IMShadow007 and a pretty cool lyric video to go with it. Her voice definitely fits the piece, and overall it definitely adds to the epic feel of the original cover.

Discussion: What do you Want to See In the Future From Chrysalis?

Slapping a season 6 spoiler tag on this one just in case. We had a pretty major event in the season finale, and a pretty big cliffhanger for bugbutt up there. It seems she might just be one of those unredeemable villains, and considering she can probably drop eggs off like it's nothing, I wouldn't doubt she has another army brewing.

So, what do you want to see from the future of the Changeling queen? Should she return to battle it out with the new "good" lings? Or go take over another empire? What is Chryssi's new goal?!

Music: Jastrian - Flutterscape [Chillout]

Jastrian returns after the success of Ghostie with a different kind of track. A more-than-spiritual successor to a previous track of his, Flutterbound, Flutterscape builds up an atmosphere of bliss with gorgeous vocal samples of yellow and pink pone. The synths complement the vocal samples perfectly, and the whole piece feels incredibly uplifting. This is the kind of music I think Jastrian does best, and it definitely shows here, so make sure to give it a listen!
