After saying farewell for what appeared to be the final time, Ponycon has revived and is hoping to bring to you guys a Ponycon experience like none other! Returning in a brand new location this January in the State of New Jersey they hope to welcome you guys back for another round of pony fun!

Earlier today information was dropped about Sia playing a character in the MLP Movie! It looks like she will be involved in not only a couple songs for the movie but playing a character named Songbird Serenade (as posted earlier) who is a pony pop star according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Does this play into the Queen of the Hippos description we heard about earlier and talked about in the comments on the live blog post and our followup? I guess we'll find out sometime down the line!

Ponies Around the World has officially come to a close! This year we got a whopping 390 submissions, though we are still going through them. We've seen just about everywhere visited this year, from the deepest jungles to the biggest buildings. Ponies are EVERYWHERE.

The Illustrious Q did an awesome liveblog of the SDCC panel earlier, but for the sake of convenience I'm condensing all the major news points down over here. Quite a bit was revealed, though the staffers were much more vague than usual. We got alot of maybes out of Meghan Mccarthy! Time for speculation!

It's that time of the year once again! The flood of news is incoming as Hasbro reveals all on the media side of pony. Every SDCC panel plays host to a plethora of information, from upcoming episodes to plans for the future of the show. This year, the coverage includes season 6 part two, and the Legends of Everfree movie, though it could always have a bit of 2017 Pony Movie mixed in.
Below the break, we will be battling the horrible convention internet and live blogging everything going on. Expect this post to update, a lot.

We had a relatively brief synopsis for Dungeons and Discord a few days ago. Zap2it has released an expanded one with a bit more explanation on the plot. If you saw the general season 6 teaser, you probably know what to expect. There is one little extra nugget of information here though.
