Music has been a staple of the My Little Pony community since Friendship is Magic came on the scene. Whether it’s favorites from the show itself, or fans creating their own remixes and songs as a tribute, everyone has something they jam to. And Ponyville Ciderfest 2016 wouldn’t be complete without a rocking concert featuring your favorites from the My Little Pony music scene, featuring more live musicians and bands than we have ever had before!

Extra Life, benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, will once again be the recipient of #PCF2016’s charity efforts!
Charity has always been an important part of the My Little Pony convention community. Since 2011 our community of conventions has raised over $650,000 (1) and we are proud to help raise that number once again. For the third year we are honored to support Extra Life!
Extra Life unites thousands of players around the world in a 24 hour gaming marathon to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $22 million for local CMN hospitals (2). Ponyville Ciderfest will support their efforts through our Grand Galloping Gala, Big Jim’s Charity Auction, and other events.
“Big Jim’s Charity Auction”? That’s right, our auctioneer this year is none other than Big Jim Miller himself! If you were at Whinny City 2016 you might remember when he brought his usual high energy and enthusiasm to our auction there. Both Jim and us at Ciderfest are excited for him to kick our auction up a notch too!
