A writer from the Tampa Bay Times decided to swing by the Grand Brony Gala during it's event last weekend, and met a girl named Christy with Spinocerebellar Ataxia. Unfortunately, the disease is progressive, but each year she looks forward to the convention and talking ponies with everyone in attendance.
It's a really good, if sad, article if you have some time to read it. Hopefully we can keep giving her a great time at future events!
