Celestia is feeling a bit down today as word from the Hugo Awards, an award given out to the best fantasy or science fiction works and achievements of the previous year, has revealed that MLP has not only lost in its category but took last place.
Back in April it was announced that MLP was up for a Hugo Award under Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form for the episodes "The Cutie Map 1&2" competing against the likes of Doctor Who, Supernatural, Grimm, and Jessica Jones. We knew it would be a tough fight, but it's still sad to see it lose, especially taking last place in its category.
