We've seen the SFM ponies go through numerous changes over the years, with each "generation" unlocking new potential. JuiceDane over on Deviant Art has taken it to yet another level, with a much more complex Rainbow Dash model. Everything from the lips to the wing tips have been improved with new bone structure for a variety of possible poses and general animation.
Some looks a little odd, but in the hands of a skilled SFM user, there appears to be a huge amount extra you can do with this one.
