Shining Armor and Cadance appeared at Hot Topic the other day, and while the description did include the usual "1 in 24 chance at a "Sparkly" version", they didn't include images. Hot Topic has updated the pages with the alternate models. Expect them to be rare, and expect them to go for a fortune on eBay as always.
