BronyCon continues to build up it's star studded show guest cast, with Kazumi Evans, the singing voice of Rarity, joining in. As always, you can get the press release for this one below!
BRONYCON WELCOMES BACK VOICE ACTRESS KAZUMI EVANS
(BALTIMORE)—BronyCon is excited to welcome back the charming singing voice behind Rarity, Kazumi Evans, to its event this Aug. 7-9 at the Baltimore Convention Center!
Evans earned her Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Opera Performance, and she has been performing professionally with companies such as Royal City Musical Theatre, Gateway Theatre, Vancouver Opera and The Vancouver Playhouse Theatre. A few of her theatre performances include “Bah! Humbug,” “West Side Story” and “The King & I.”
In “My Little Pony: Equestria Girls - Rainbow Rocks,” Evans was the voice of the siren ring leader Adagio Dazzle as well as the voice behind the fan-favorite background character Octavia Melody. Outside of MLP, Evans has done voice work for other animations including “Littlest Pet Shop,” “Barbie & Her Sisters in a Pony Tale” and “Barbie: Princess Charm School.” She has also made an appearance in the live action TV series “The Troop.”
