Nightly Roundup #1110
by Calpain
I wonder what the heights of our ponies would be if they all didn't share the basic body mold. I can totally see Pinkie being the smallest and being a little ball of energy.
News time folks! Get it after the break.

All aboard the catbus to adventure! We're here on the cusp of our grand finale, scattered across the globe and yet still together in this wonderful little cause called learning. It hardly feels like the end at all, just another beginning. But the fact of the matter is that come this time tomorrow, I'll be giving you a virtual pat on the head and saying that there's just one final theme to conquer. Just half a month, and so much progress. It's wonderful to see. It's wonderful to say there are 348 ponies travelling all over to make into our gallery tonight. It's especially wonderful to announce our grand total has reached 6773 entries! Seven thousand is in sight! There's still a bit of time left, how much can we break it by? I'm counting on all of you!
You're looking at the image above you and thinking you've seen it all before. And you have. Once wasn't enough, you all made that clear. So how would you like a second shot at some adorable pony plushes? Super sponsor 4DE (who could really use some extra twitter followers, by the by) has given their blessing to offer the full plushie prize pack all over again! Three more lucky people will have the chance take home some of these lovely and eminently cuddlable ponies again. All you have to do is draw! Help us finish strong. Get back on the saddle for just one more go. You never know what might come of it! As a reminder, this means:
- First place: All six pictured plushes (and an extra mystery pony!)
- Second place: Choice of four of the pictured plushes
- Third place: Choice of two of the pictured plushes
As for our Day 12 winner, you may have already seen this piece headlining today's Drawfriend. Random number generators have a funny sense of humor! Entry #328, congratulations to NCMares!
Like I mentioned up above, we're very nearly done here. After this prompt and one more, it'll be time to toss your graduation caps into the air and bask in the glow of a job very well done. Some of you are latecomers, jumping on at the end. Some of you are veterans from previous ATGs or just to art in general, and some of you are well and truly beginners brought here for the first time to try your hand. But all of you made a choice to try something fun and improve yourselves. I think that's worth today's prompt: Draw a pony celebrating/Draw a triumphant pony. Will you celebrate the holidays, your accomplishments, or something else altogether? Tell me what means the most to you!
As always, submit all entries here by December 15th at 9 PM, Mountain Standard Time (GMT -7). Just take a minute before you go and check below the break for our gallery.

Albums! You look like you could use some music for the holidays, and music we totally have. Now don't end up like me, breaking your computer regularly with a badly place subwoffer. This brony music tends to make the entire room shake, and it turns out computers don't like doing that.
Have some albums and artists included:
- The Underworld's Cello: Belgerum
- Soft Spectrum III - Kyoga
- 「Japan Pony Party!」 - Japan Pony Party Members
- Eternal - Rarity
- Visions of the Night - GatoPaint & ShadowcatKirara
- Voyage Of The Lost - Undreamed Panic
- Wild Fire EP - Mandopony and Silva Hound
And get all of the relevant information on each below the break!

Luna is best holiday pony. Her color scheme works perfectly for hot chocolate and snow clothing.
I think. I've been told I suck at colors.

And here I thought we weren't going to get any retailer exclusive variants for the Equestria Girls Holiday Special. How silly of me to even think that for a second!Turns out, one just popped up a good 3 days before the comic hits the shelves! From a retailer we haven't heard from in a while no less. Yes sir, Hastings has a retailer exclusive cover for this special one shot issue. And for those of you with keen eyes who think this cover looks familiar, you'd be right. The cover is a homage/second attempt by MLP Artist superstar Tony Fleecs of the cover he did for the 2013 MLP Annual issue. It's amazing to see how much Tony has improved after just one year by just comparing those two covers.

Ponies have ascend yet another tier in the world of merchandise. When you reach this point, there aren't many other areas to reach out to. Truly a magical thing has happened, and the image above speaks better than I ever could.
You can now get yourself a My Little Pony themed Water Weenie as part of the Rainbow Power lineup. I remember when these things used to be in the prize box for getting a gold star every day at school for a month. I never did make it to the point where I could win one though. Poor young me.
Thanks to mlpon3 for the heads up!

The world of Amazon shops is vast, and sometimes not completely on the legit side. That being said, these decals have popped up for the various versions Nintendo 3DS and Wii-u for those out there looking to customize their consoles a bit. Everything from foals to Equestria Girls are available across three pages of options.
If you want to dive in and check it out, head on over here!
Thanks to Jinjo Bytes for the heads up.

I'm not huge on the acousticy alternative stuff myself, but I'm making an exception for the first one. An awesome song by someone totally new with only 78 subs! Go fix that!
And get some oldschool folk to followup on it. Both below!
1.) Chasing Fate Cover by Fire Frets 2nd Place 4everFree Brony Cover Contest Winner (Vocal - Acoustic)
2.) Someone's Gonna Have to Lose (Vocal - Folk)

I'm sure some of you have run into Atryl over the years in pony land. From anthros to normal stuff, his art is pretty hard to miss no matter what aspect of the community you take part in. If you don't follow him on deviant art, he actually does a lot more than just the pony fandom. The Heroes of the Storm website did a full spotlight of his skills, including a little mini interview. If that sounds like something you'd enjoy reading, or if you just want some pretty Blizzard pictures, get it over here!
(I have no idea who sent this, the link has been bookmarked for a few days. But thanks to whoever it was!)

We've had cutie pox, rainbow explosions, and even a gothic Pinkie Pie in the brushable line. You'd think they would be running out of ideas at this point on how to reskin these toys. The Celestia and Twilight above were spotted over on the Singapore version of Toys R' Us as part of the Rainbow Power brushable line. Chances are, we will see it head everywhere else soon.
Thanks to James for the heads up.

It has been a tumultuous season for Funko Celestia and Luna at Hot Topic. With dock worker strikes going on over in L.A., both had been delisted, with Luna popping up again last week. Many of us that expected to get them last month still don't have any kind of shipping confirmation three weeks later.
Celestia has appeared again over at the website, and people are starting to receive emails that they are on the way. Hopefully it's a sign that they will finally arrive!
Thanks to Krystal Fox for the heads up.
