After a successful convention earlier this year, TrotCon staff have been working hard since then to setup next year's event! So far they have pinned down the venue as well as the date of the grand event as the convention moves to Crowne Plaza Columbus North on July 17-19th!
This on top of their magic theme announced early this year indicates we'll have one heck of an experience ahead of us! Check on after the break for news on room rates as well as other info related to the theme next year and more!

Celebrate the Derp! From animation error, to fandom icon, to near-fandom splitting drama piece, then back to beloved pony by all, Derpy has been through it all. For those collecting or playing either of the card sets, we have a Derpy box on the way. Right now it is only announced, but expect to find it at the usual stores that carry these guys some time in the near future! -

Twilight Sparkle sprouted wings, and despite the outrage, you all apparently loved the episode anyway. She actually beat LUNA of all ponies. How does that even happen? And how did you not all vote for Magic Duel? Where my swarms at?
We move on to season 4 next and then a final battle to finish it. I wonder which episode will come out on top? I guess we will find out soon...

Anyhow, you might be wondering what this post is all about. This is going to be a first attempt at opening a discussion grounds for our European visitors who have also requested a discussion chat each night for themselves. The current posting time, 4am blog time, is a tentative posting time until we sort out what time you all would like the best.
