I can't decide on which pony I like more with the socks thing. Luna and Fluttershy both tend to top it, but then out of nowhere Twilight Sparkle comes in with a right hook that throws me right off my feet.
I think the safe answer is Luna though. So have her as a header with sparkly socks to start, and get some MUSIC OF THE DAY below!

Twilight sparkle AT THE BEACH. That is one badass view right there. And the best part? We have a ton of extra badass views to go with it today. I think this is my favorite Ponies Around the World compilation post so far. 100 images of epic. We even have ponies popping up in the back of military refueling carriers.
It's looking like after filtering we are going to hit ~ 570 images for this one, though people are still sending late entries into the submit box so it could be higher.

They may be a bit trigger happy with the C&D's over on Youtube, but Hasbro has done something great here with the 3D Printing deal. When what is usually an old fashioned company makes strides like that, the internet notices.
Quite a few sites have picked up on it, from big name news outlets to smaller toy blogs. The storm is forming, and regardless of where it is coming from, we may be on the cusp of a major breakthrough in corporation Vs. fan relations.

Some of you may remember the old Ruffled Feathers tumblr we spotlit a long time ago. Since then it has been in hiatus and the author rather silent on the pony front. Now in what I have to say is probably one of the most impressive Tumblr reboots, let alone tumblr pieces, the artist Cider is back and ready for bear with an amazing two minute animation.
I won't be embedding the animation here, but instead highly recommend you go to the tumblr itself and watch it (and maybe give it a follow as well). Great job Cider and a good job to DILeak as well for support in the project!

Seems like these things are popping up a lot lately. Rainbow Power definitely didn't stop with season 4, at least in the merch lines. If you can't get enough of it, we have three more appearing over in the wonderful world of Taobao. Expect to see them some time later in the year as is the norm for this place!
