A lot of new people have joined the fandom over the years, and many of them never got to experience some of the best stuff out there. It looks like the UK's high convention prices will be dampening the 2015 scene over there. According to the BUCK Twitter account, we won't be seeing it return next year. A followup noted that if they can exceed 2000 attendees, they may be able to pull it off, but the rising fees makes it difficult.

With a whopping 34 artists, along with Lauren Faust's signature on board, this giant quilt was crafted to be given away at the Everfree Northwest charity auction. I can only imagine how long it would take to craft something like that. Hope you guys have your wallets ready. This thing better fetch some good money for those charities.

I just realized after watching this how incredibly girly and misleading that DVD cover is. They really went all out on it with the triple alicorns, pink product placement princess (I swear I actually like Cadance, shes too easy though!), and coronation dress. You can't really blame John Oliver here for pointing it out as that movie your little sister picks 4 movie nights in a row and forces the family to watch.
