Fallout Equestria Radio Play in SFM

The Fallout Equestria radio play got a bit of love this time around from the SFM side of things.  The fact that all of the ponies from FoE have been transformed into source models still amazes me.  That series really did make waves!

If radio plays aren't your thing, maybe an SFM version will do it for you? Get that first!

MLP: CCG - Set 3 + 4 Confirmed, more info on Summer products!

This weekend at Big Apple Ponycon, Enterplay revealed a bunch of new information about the future of the My Little Pony CCG, including confirming Sets 3 and 4!

• Set 3, The Crystal Games, arrives in late summer! It has the first Mane Character cards for the CMCs, Spike, and Princess Cadance.
• We just might have a certain major background pony (maybe the muffin-eating kind?) as a Friend and/or Mane Character in Set 3! Stay tuned...
• Set 4, Absolute Discord, comes out late this year, and has Discord as a Friend, Troublemaker, AND Mane Character card.
• Some villainous characters, like Queen Chrysalis, could show up as Mane Characters in Set 4!
• Celestia Solstice Deluxe Set, coming this summer, contains special new Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia Mane Character cards that are unlike any that came before it.
• Rock n Rave 2-player Set, also coming this summer, had its Mane Character cards shown off for the first time.

Discussion: One Day the Show Will End

Long into the future, when ideas have been exhausted and pony toys are no longer the hot new thing, Friendship is Magic will join the other fandom spawning titans as a relic of the good days.  Twilight Sparkle and her team of pony friends that have had such a massive impact on so many lives will ride off into the sunset, and the world of Equestria will be handed off to the fans to hopefully keep things going.  

It's a sad prospect, but all good things must come to an end.  Fortunately, many of us have taken that core message of the show to heart and made boatloads of friends.  We may find ourselves looking back 20 years from now and reminiscing time well spent with our compadres from ponyland.  

So, what do you plan to do once the show is over? Will you keep gobbling up fan content, or more on to something else? Chances are we aren't going to see this pony train end anytime soon, but feel free to discuss away in those comments!

Mystery. Love. Magic. Murder. Truth. These are all important elements in the murder mystery Fluttershy has written, and is now asking Twilight to read. But the novel stars 'Twilight Sparkle', and she wrestles with the metafictional dissonance involved in reading a novel about herself and her friends. Twilight must do her best to solve the mystery, reconcile her own feelings about this ordeal, and figure out just what Fluttershy is trying to say by writing all this in the first place as the lines between fiction and reality begin to blur.
This is a thematic crossover with the visual novel 'Umineko No Naku Koro Ni.' No prior knowledge of Umineko should be necessary.

All Three CMC Revealed at Onlyfactory

The completed versions of the CMC have been revealed over at the Chinese backer site Onlyfactory.  Apparently each will clock in at $17 one they start selling them. 

With how new the place is, it's hard to tell where they will end up.  Most of these appear on Ebay, but that was before they opened up a dedicated place for them. Only time will tell I suppose! It looks like these three are about to hit their goal on pledges (373/400 as of this post), though we have no way of knowing how legit their money collecting systems are, so use at your own risk.
